We’re looking for a Web Designer to join our small but mighty team at Agency Leroy. This is a full-time position for a fixed term of 12 months.

If you’re someone who loves crafting beautiful, user-friendly designs and enjoys wearing multiple hats, this could be the perfect fit for you! You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and watch your ideas come to life. As part of a small, dynamic agency, you’ll be involved in a variety of design tasks—from crafting wireframes and mockups in Figma to leading client meetings and ensuring projects meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of engaging, responsive web interfaces and user experiences with a strong focus on aesthetics and usability.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to visualize concepts and facilitate effective client collaboration.

• Manage projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.

• Collaborate closely with our internal development team to ensure smooth integration of designs into final products.

• Participate in client meetings to understand their goals, present design ideas, and offer effective solutions.

• Take ownership of projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
  
  Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, design, and prototyping.

  • Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and responsive design.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts.

  • A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the confidence to manage projects independently.

  • Comfortable working in a smaller agency environment and willing to take on various roles and responsibilities.

  • Basic understanding of coding is a plus.
